Microemulsions:
Microemulsions are thermodynamically stable clear isotropic solution of oil, water and amphiphile (Emulsifying agent). They are homogeneous in nature. They contain globules having a diameter ranging from 0.1 to 100 micrometers. These emulsions appear as transparent solutions and are more acceptable physically as compared to conventional emulsions.
